About the Scientific Advisory Board

In accordance with Article 47 of the Law of Ukraine “On Judicial System and Status of Judges”, a Scientific Advisory Board shall be formed at the Supreme Court from among the professionals in law to ensure scientific opinions on the Supreme Court's activities, which require scientific support.

The procedures for organization and activity of the Scientific Advisory Board shall be established by the Regulations to be approved by the Plenum of the Supreme Court.
