The Secretary of the Plenum of the Supreme Court shall organize work of the Secretariat of the Plenum, preparation for the Plenum, ensure record-keeping and control the implementation of resolutions passed by the Plenum of the Supreme Court.
DMYTRO LUSPENYK Secretary of the Plenum of the Supreme Court Candidate of Legal Sciences, Docent Honoured Lawyer of Ukraine Born on 30 September 1965. Dmytro Luspenyk has a higher legal education. In 1990 graduated from the Felix Dzerzhynskyi Kharkiv Law Institute. Mr. Luspenyk started his labour activity in October 1983. From 1985 till 1986 he was a record keeper, secretary of the court hearing of the discrict people’s court of Leninskyi district in Chernivtsi city. After graduation from the Felix Dzerzhynskyi Kharkiv Law Institute Mr. Luspenyk worked as a trainee of a people’s judge, judicial executor of the Leninskyi District People’s Court of Kharkiv city; a judge, deputy chief justice of the Kyivskyi District Court of Kharkiv; judge of the Appeal Court of Kharkiv Oblast. From 2008 till 2011 he was a judge of the Supreme Court of Ukraine. From 2011 till 2017 Mr. Luspenyk was a judge, the Secretary of the Plenum of the High Specialized Court of Ukraine for Civil and Criminal Cases. Pursuant to the Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 357 of 10 November 2017 Dmytro Luspenyk was appointed to the position of a judge of the Civil Cassation Court within the Supreme Court. Pursuant to the Resolution No. 5 of 30 November 2017 he was elected as the Secretary of the Plenum of the Supreme Court. |
