Regulation on the Staff of the Supreme Court

According to Article 156 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges", the organizational support to the operations of the Supreme Court is carried out by the staff of the Supreme Court.

The Regulations on the court staff, structure and payroll of the Supreme Court staff shall be approved by the Plenum of the Supreme Court based on the proposal of the President of the Supreme Court.

The court staff of the Supreme Court shall be headed by the chief of staff. Deputy chiefs of staff of the Supreme Court shall head structural units of the court staff of the Supreme Court which ensure organizational support to the operations of cassation courts.

The chief of the Supreme Court staff shall represent the Supreme Court as a legal entity.
