Vice President of the Supreme Court Oleksandr Mamalui awarded the title of Honorary Citizen of Kharkiv Region

On 26 June 2026, ceremonies were held to mark the 30th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of Ukraine. The events were organised jointly by the Kharkiv Regional Council and the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.

During the gathering, the Vice President of the Supreme Court, Major of the Reserve Oleksandr Mamalui, and other servicemen who had been awarded the title “Honorary Citizen of Kharkiv Region” received regional honours — certificates and the breast badge “Honorary Citizen of Kharkiv Region”, a s well as the diploma of Honorary Citizen of Kharkiv Region.

It should be recalled that the title “Honorary Citizen of Kharkiv Region” was conferred upon Oleksandr Mamalui as a serviceman for his merits in the defence of Kharkiv Region in 2022, upon the submission of his military unit and with the support of his fellow soldiers. The relevant decision was adopted by the Kharkiv Regional Council on 24 December 2025.
