Digest of European Committee of Social Rights case law translated into Ukrainian

The Digest systematically presents the interpretation of each provision of the revised European Social Charter, which guarantees fundamental social and economic rights.

This publication brings together over half a century of the European Committee of Social Rights’ practice, developed on the basis of the analysis of national reports submitted by States and decisions adopted within the collective complaints procedure.

The Digest provides a comprehensive understanding of how exactly the European Committee of Social Rights defines the content of social and economic rights, including such concepts as “adequate social security”, “reasonable working time”, “adequate level of housing” or “protection of vulnerable groups of the population”.
