While at the Supreme Court of the Netherlands, Judge Lev Kyshakevych delivered a presentation on the activities of the Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court of Ukraine under martial law conditions.
As part of the programme, meetings were held with: Vice Presidents of the Supreme Court of the Netherlands Vincent van den Brink and Matthias Borgers, Advocate General Taru Spronken (with whom the role and significance of advisory opinions to the Supreme Court were discussed), Procurator General of the Supreme Court Edwin Bleichrodt, President of the Supreme Court of the Netherlands Dineke de Groot.

These visits contributed to a deeper understanding of the Dutch and international legal systems and provided an opportunity to share with European colleagues Ukraine’s experience of administering justice under the conditions of Russia’s full-scale war against our country.
