President of the Supreme Court Stanislav Kravchenko took part in the celebrations on the occasion of the Independence Day of Ukraine

The event took place today, August 24, 2025, on Sofiyska Square in Kyiv with the participation of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska, Prime Minister of Canada Mark Carney, Special Representative of the U.S. President General Keith Kellogg, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Ruslan Stefanchuk, Prime Minister of Ukraine Yuliia Svyrydenko, the leadership of the Office of the President of Ukraine, and representatives of foreign diplomatic missions.

During the event, a ceremony was held to present state awards of Ukraine, as well as battle flags and ribbons of the honorary distinction “For Courage and Bravery”, and to confer honorary titles upon military units.
