Europeanisation of Ukrainian Corporate Law: Supreme Court organises international scientific and practical conference

On the occasion of the 34th anniversary of the establishment of the commercial (arbitration) courts of Ukraine, on 30 May 2025, the Supreme Court, with the support of the project ‘Assisting the Supreme Court and higher courts in implementing judicial reform and ensuring access to justice in times of war’ of the OSCE Support Programme for Ukraine, the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation and the EU project Pravo-Justice, will hold an international scientific and practical conference ‘Europeanisation of Ukrainian Corporate Law’.

The event is aimed at addressing topical issues regarding:

• changes in the legal regulation of legal entities (business organisations) in the context of European integration;
• corporate governance - in the context of European standards;
• protection of investors‘ and creditors’ rights in the context of reforming the legal status of legal entities, etc.

The conference will be followed by a collection of abstracts and materials of the participants. We invite all those interested in the announced topics to contribute to the collection. Abstracts can be submitted by 9 June 2025 to the following email address: ros@supreme.court.gov.ua.
