Updated version of the Supreme Court's Legal Position Database presented

The update includes a number of important changes, in particular:

- improved search capabilities, search filters, and detailed search criteria, which greatly simplifies the selection of relevant Supreme Court practice;

- introducing elements of generative artificial intelligence that allow to highlight key conclusions from a court decision in one click;

- introducing marking of deviations from legal positions, which helps to better navigate their relevance;

- upgrading the website interface, which has become much more convenient and intuitive for users, as well as improving its mobile version.

These innovations are aimed at the efficient use of modern information technologies and meeting the needs of all those who work with case law. Their implementation was made possible through the cooperation of the Supreme Court with the EU project Pravo-Justice.

The updated version of the Database of Legal Positions of the Supreme Court will be available to users tomorrow, 15 April.
