Its goal is to create an open platform for professional discussion of current issues of judicial practice and exchange of views in search of answers to the questions that are of most interest to lawyers.
The first episode of the podcast is dedicated to the cassation appeal, a key document that begins the interaction of a party to the proceedings with the Supreme Court.
The speakers of the podcast - Supreme Court Judges Oleksandr Banasko, Yan Bernaziuk, Ihor Huleikov and Oleksandra Yanovska - shared practical advice on the design and content of a cassation appeal, explaining what to pay special attention to and what to avoid when drafting it. The discussion was moderated by Rasim Babanly, First Deputy Chief of Staff - Head of the Department for Analytical and Legal Work of the Supreme Court.
