President of the Supreme Court takes part in solemn event on the occasion of Independence Day of Ukraine

Today, on 24 August 2024, President of the Supreme Court Stanislav Kravchenko joined the celebrations on the occasion of the 33rd anniversary of Ukraine's Independence, which took place with the participation of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and President of the Republic of Poland Andrzej Duda, Prime Minister of the Republic of Lithuania Ingrid Šimonite, as well as Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Ruslan Stefanchuk, Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak, Prosecutor General Andriy Kostin and the leadership of the Security and Defence Forces.

The event included a ceremony of presenting state awards of Ukraine, combat flags, ribbons ‘For Courage and Bravery’ and honorary names to military units.
