Supreme Court enters first judgment into WIPO's Lex-Judgments global database

The Supreme Court began to enter court decisions into the WIPO Lex-Judgments global database under the Memorandum of Understanding between the Supreme Court and the World Intellectual Property Organization.

Thus, the mechanism introduced by the Memorandum has successfully started to function.

WIPO's Lex-Judgments database provides access to the most important judgments from around the world relating to intellectual property law, which have been identified by the courts themselves or by other national authorities of each member state as being of particular importance because of their weight or significance as precedents.

WIPO Lex-Judgments complements the information of the WIPO Lex database, which is a repository of global intellectual property legal information collected by WIPO. Ukraine has now become a member of the honorable group of countries whose decisions are featured in the WIPO Lex-Judgments system.
