Oleksandr Marchuk is elected President of the Criminal Cassation Court within the Supreme Court

On 19 June 2023, a meeting of the judges of the Criminal Cassation Court within the Supreme Court elected Oleksandr Marchuk as President of the Criminal Cassation Court for a four-year term. His candidacy was supported by 19 of the 29 judges present at the meeting.
