The Supreme Court will host an International Conference "Administrative Justice in Ukraine: Issues of Theory and Practice. Social Rights. Wartime Challenges"

On July 6, 2023, the Administrative Cassation Court within the Supreme Court will hold the VІ International Scientific and Practical Conference "Administrative Justice in Ukraine: Issues of Theory and Practice. Social Rights. Wartime challenges" online.

The conference has been initiated to discuss the effectiveness of judicial protection of social rights in peacetime and wartime, the peculiarities of administrative proceedings in the context of war, and the study of foreign experience in judicial protection of social rights in wartime.

The event is organised in cooperation with the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine and the V. M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine, as well as international partners: the Council of Europe Project "Strengthening judicial and non-judicial remedies for the human rights protection of the war-affected people in Ukraine", the EU Project "Pravo-Justice", and the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation (IRZ).

Judges, academics, legal practitioners, representatives of government agencies and civil society, and international experts are invited to participate in the conference.

The working languages ​​of the conference are Ukrainian and English.
