The examination of reports on possible acts of corruption or corruption-related offences and other violations of the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption" is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Articles 53 and 53-2 of the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption".

Please note that the report must necessarily contain information about the facts of corruption or corruption-related offences, other violations of the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption", i.e. such factual data that confirm the possible commission of the offence and can be verified.
