Tetiana Lytvynko and Olena Chernova were appointed as judges of the High Anti-Corruption Court

The decree was signed by the President of Ukraine on June 3rd: https://www.president.gov.ua/documents/3782025-55221 

To recall, following the competition, on 31 March 2025, the High Qualification Commission of Judges recommended that the High Council of Justice consider for the appointment two candidates, Tetiana Lytvynko and Olena Chernova, as judges of the High Anti-Corruption Court.

The competition for the positions of judges of HACC and the Appeals Chamber of HACC is held with the participation of the Public Council of International Experts. The PCIE and HQCJ assessed the candidates' integrity, adherence to ethical standards, and the knowledge and practical skills required for handling cases within the jurisdiction of HACC.
