The High Qualification Commission of Judges has published the decisions on candidates for the positions of HACC judges based on the results of a special joint meeting of the HQCJ and the PCIE
The special joint meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine and the Public Council of International Experts is a key stage in the selection process for the High Anti-Corruption Court. The HQCJ and PCIE assessed candidates' integrity as well as their knowledge and practical skills necessary for handling cases within the HACC’s jurisdiction.

To recall, following the competition, on 31 March 2025, the HQCJ recommended that the High Council of Justice consider for the appointment two candidates, Tetiana Lytvynko and Olena Chernova, as judges of the High Anti-Corruption Court.
