Two candidates for the positions of the High Anti-Corruption Court judges have been deemed compliant with the criteria outlined in Part Four of Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On the High Anti-Corruption Court.”
Candidates Tetiana Lytvynko and Olena Chernova will advance to the next stage of the competition—an interview with the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine (HQCJ).

The decision is particularly based on the interviews with the candidates held within the special joint meeting on February 6-7. The PCIE and HQCJ assessed the candidates' integrity, adherence to ethical standards, and the knowledge and practical skills required for handling cases within the jurisdiction of the High Anti-Corruption Court.
