The Public Council of International Experts Adopted Its Rules of Procedure at an Official Meeting

“The PCIE is tasked with assisting the HQCJ in determining compliance of candidates for positions of judges of the HACC with the criteria of integrity, knowledge, and practical skills. Our task is to carry out an independent assessment of candidates within the framework of a transparent evaluation system. In view of the above, we have carefully studied experience of the previous PCIE’s composition and reviewed materials on available sources of information for evaluating candidates. In my opinion, we have a balanced and effective model for interacting with candidates, which allows us to identify professional and integrity-driven candidates for positions of judges in the High Anti-Corruption Court”, said Jessica Lott Thompson, PCIE Member.
