The Ethics Council’s sessions will take place at 11:00 on September 26 and 28, during which interviews with seven candidates for the position of the member of the High Council of Justice as nominated by the Congress of Judges of Ukraine will be held.
On September 26 there will be held interviews with:
· Olena Kruzhylina, judge of Kharkiv Court of Appeal;
· Serhii Stopnyk, judge of Commercial Court of Ternopil region;
· Yuliia Bokova, judge of Commercial Court of Donetsk region;
· Tamara Yudenko, retired judge of Kyiv Court of Appeal.
On September 28 there will be held interviews with:
· Serhii Burlakov, judge of Cassation Civil Court within the Supreme Court;
· Oleksandr Sasevych, judge of Lviv District Administrative Court;
· Halyna Kanyhina, judge of the Supreme Court of Ukraine.
We would like to point out that these candidates are the last ones from the list of candidates admitted to the interview to be selected to positions of members of the High Council of Justice as nominated by the Congress of Judges. Then the Ethics Council will adopt a final decision on compliance/non-compliance of the candidates with the criteria of professional ethics and integrity.
We would like to remind you that the interviews will be held remotely in the videoconference mode.
