The Ethics Council will hold interviews with four candidates for the position of the HCJ member nominated by the Congress of Judges of Ukraine on 6 September

The Ethics Council’s session will take place at 11:00 on 6 September 2022.

1. Conduct of interviews with candidates for the position of the HCJ member nominated by the Congress of Judges of Ukraine: judge (retired) of Mykolayiv Oblast Court of Appeals Mykola Miniailo, judge of Olevskyi Raion Court of Zhytomyr Oblast Liubomyr Vynar, judge of Northern Commercial Court of Appeals Olha Popikova, and judge of Commercial Court of Lviv Oblast Olesia Halamai.

2. On determining dates of interviews with candidates for the position of the member of the High Council of Justice as nominated by the Congress of Judges of Ukraine.

 Interviews will be held remotely in the videoconference mode.
