The Ethics Council will hold interviews with five candidates for the position of the HCJ member nominated by the Congress of Judges of Ukraine on 31 Augus

The Ethics Council’s session will take place at 11:00 on 31 August 2022.

Agenda for the session on 31 August:

1. Conduct of interviews with candidates for the position of the HCJ member nominated by the Congress of Judges of Ukraine: judge of Mykolayiv Oblast Court of Appeals Tetiana Bondarenko, judge of Pereiaslav-Khmelnytskyi City-Raion Court of Kyiv Oblast Dmytro Svoiak, judge of Commercial Court of Kharkiv Oblast Natalia Novikova, and judge of Kivertsivskyi Raion Court of Volyn Oblast Victoria Koretska.

2. On determining dates of interviews with candidates for the position of the member of the High Council of Justice as nominated by the Congress of Judges of Ukraine.

Interviews will be held remotely in the videoconference mode.
