The Ethics Council will hold interviews with five candidates for the position of the HCJ member nominated by the Congress of Judges of Ukraine on 29 Augus

The Ethics Council’s session will take place at 11:00 on 29 August 2022.

 Agenda for the session on 29 August:

1. Conduct of interviews with candidates for the position of the HCJ member nominated by the Congress of Judges of Ukraine: judge of Kharkiv District Administrative Court Maryna Kuhar, judge (retired) of Odesa Commercial Court of Appeal Myhailo Sydorenko, judge of Pecherskyi District Court of Kyiv Olesia Batryn, judge of Administrative Cassation Court Mykola Himon, and judge of Malinovsky District Court of Odesa Oleksiy Starikov.

2. On determining dates of interviews with candidates for the position of the member of the High Council of Justice as nominated by the Congress of Judges of Ukraine.

Pursuant to the Ethics Council’s decision, interviews will be held remotely in the videoconference mode with the use of electronic communication means.
