The decision on admission to interviews of forty-four candidates for the position of a member of the High Council of Justice from the Congress of Judges of Ukraine was made by the Ethics Council yesterday, July 21, during a meeting.
The Ethics Council also denied admission to the interview to two candidates for the position of a member of the HCJ from the Congress of Judges of Ukraine – Inna Khaydarova and Valeryi Tsylenko.
We remind you that the issue of admission or refusal of admission of candidates for the position of a member of the High Council of Justice to an interview is decided by the Ethics Council in accordance with the provisions of the law of Ukraine "On the High Council of Justice" and the rules of Procedure of the Ethics Council.
