The Ethics Council recognized four candidates for the position of a member of the HCJ from the Verhovna Rada of Ukraine as meeting the criteria of professional ethics and integrity: Roman Maselko, Mykola Moroz, Olena Zaichko, and Viacheslav Talko. These candidates are recommended by the Ethics Council for election by the Verhovna Rada of Ukraine to the position of a member of the HCJ.
This decision was made by the Ethics Council yesterday, June 23, during its session.
Eight other candidates for the position of a member of the HCJ from the Verhovna Rada of Ukraine were recognized by the Ethics Council as not meeting the criteria of professional ethics and integrity. It is about: Serhii Babii, Mykola Voinarivskyi, Volodymyr Kutsenko, Viacheslav Tykhovlis, Roman Holobutovskyi, Larysa Holnyk, Andrii Shulha and Roman Yaromenok.
We remind that interviews with the mentioned candidates for the position of a member of the HCJ took place at the previous sessions of the Ethics Council.
