On 23 and 24 June 2022 at 10:00, sessions of the Ethics Council will take place. The Council will decide on compliance with the criteria of professional ethics and integrity of candidates for the position of a member of the High Council of Justice from the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and will hold interviews with eight candidates for the position of HCJ members.
Agenda for 23 June:
1. On discussion and decision-making on compliance with the criteria of professional ethics and integrity of candidates for the position of HCJ member from the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, interviews with whom took place earlier. 2. On conducting interviews with candidates for the position of a member of the High Council of Justice from the Congress of Representatives of Higher Education and Research Institutions in the Area of Law: Lilia Orel, Mykola Havroniuk, Serhii Melenko and Oksana Hrabovska.
Agenda for 24 June:
1. On conducting interviews with candidates for the position of a member of the High Council of Justice from the Congress of Judges of Ukraine: Liubov Hrushkovska, Dmytro Hudyma, Inna Kaluhina and Vladyslav Kostenko. According to the Decision of the Ethics Council, the interviews will be conducted remotely in the videoconference mode, using electronic means of communication.
