The Ethics Council is ready to carry out evaluation of candidates for three vacant positions in the High Council of Justice from the all-Ukrainian conference of prosecutors and congress of attorneys of Ukraine without delay. However, the Ethics Council would like to draw attention to the fact that competitions for these positions have not been started yet.
We would like to remind you that on 26 January 2022 two positions of the HCJ’s members became vacant after acceptance of statements on resignation of O. V. Malovatskyi and P. M. Hrechkivskyi who got their mandate from the congress of attorneys of Ukraine. One position of the HCJ's member from the all-Ukrainian conference of prosecutors also remains vacant.
