The Ethics Council performs its activities in line with the Law of Ukraine “On the High Council of Justice”, Ethics Council’s Rules of Procedure, and Evaluation Methodology and is hereby informing that a change of dates for interviews with candidates for the position of the HCJ’s member is related to requests received from candidates to extend terms for provision of explanations and documents, as well as the need to carry out an additional check of candidates.
Such change of dates for interviews with candidates for the position of the HCJ’s member neither changes previously established procedure and sequence of evaluation of the HCJ’s sitting members, nor affects continuity of functioning of the High Council of Justice.
