The Ethics Council refused in admission of one of the candidates to the interview for the position of the member of the High Council of Justice - results of the session
Yesterday, on January 12, 2022 during the session the Ethics Council refused to admitthe Candidate Oleksandr Boiko to the interview for the position of the member of the High Council of Justice.

Besides this, the Ethics Council has set dates of interviews with other 34 candidates, who were admitted for the interviews earlier.

It is worth reminding that the assessing of compliance with the professional ethics and integrity criteria for the position of the member of HCJ is carried out in line with the Law of Ukraine “On the High Council of Justice”, Rules of Procedures and the Methodology for assessing compliance approved by the Ethics Council on December 9, 2021.
