A session of the Ethics Council will take place at 14:00 on 9 December 2021.

Address: State Judicial Administration of Ukraine, 18/5 Lypska Street, Kyiv.

Agenda:

1. Adoption of Section III of the Ethics Council’s Rules of Procedure
2. Adoption of the Methodology for assessing compliance of a candidate to the position of the member of the High Council of Justice and members of the High Council of Justice with the criteria of professional ethics and integrity

Accreditation of the mass media representatives:

• Accreditation is carried out by means of sending an application to the following email: pressoffice@court.gov.ua;
• Applications will be accepted till 10:00 on 9 December 2021;
• Due to the quarantine restrictions first 10 applicants will be accredited based on the calculation of one representative from each of the mass media (two persons may be allowed if it is necessary for a photographer and/or camera operator to be present);

Important: it is mandatory to have the vaccination certificate or valid antigen/PCR-test, please wear personal protective equipment.
