Ethics Council to Consider Admission to Interviews of HCJ Membership Candidates from the Congress of Academics

On Monday, August 21, at 16:00, the Ethics Council will convene a session to consider admission to the interviews of candidates for the position of a member of the High Council of Justice from the Congress of Representatives of Law Schools and Research Institutions.

The members of the Ethics Council will also consider publishing records of previous interviews.

We remind that on April 28, 2023 the Ethics Council decided that two candidates for the position of a member of the High Council of Justice from the Congress of Academics complied with the criteria of professional ethics and integrity. However, on June 2, 2023 the Congress of Academics failed to elect a new HCJ member from amongst the proposed candidates.
