On January 20 the Ethics Council will take a decision on compliance of the candidates for the position of the HCJ member nominated by the All-Ukrainian Conference of Prosecutors

The Ethics Council will hold a session at 14:00 on Friday, January 20, during which it will discuss, vote, and adopt a decision regarding compliance of the candidates for the position of the member of the High Council of Justice nominated by the All-Ukrainian Conference of Prosecutors with the criterion of professional ethics and integrity.

The decision on admission of the candidates for the position of the HCJ member nominated by the President of Ukraine to the interview will also be announced at the session.

We would like to remind that the Ethics Council held the last interviews with the candidates for the position of the HCJ member nominated by the All-Ukrainian Conference of Prosecutors on January 12 and 13.
