The Ethics Council’s sessions will be held at 10:00 on January 11, 12, and 13, during which nine candidates for the position of the member of the High Council of Justice nominated by the All-Ukrainian Conference of Prosecutors will be interviewed. The Ethics Council adopted such decision at its session on January 9.
On January 11 the following candidates will be interviewed:
- Oleh Kandzuiba, deputy head of the unit of the Office of the Prosecutor General;
- Kazbek Tedeiev, former prosecutor of the prosecutor’s office of Kyiv region, legal counsellor of LLC “ABC Technology”;
- Andrii Radionov, prosecutor of the Office of the Prosecutor General.
On January 12 the following candidates will be interviewed:
- Hennadii Diakovskyi, prosecutor of Western District Prosecutor’s Office of Dnipro;
- Valentyn Shrol, judge of Kyiv Court of Appeal;
- Ilias Ramazanov, head of the unit of the Office of the Prosecutor General.
On January 13 the following candidates will be interviewed:
- Roman Oliinyk, head of Shepetivka District Prosecutor’s Office;
- Serhii Samoludchenko, head of the unit of the Office of the Prosecutor General;
- Oleksii Melnyk, head of the Specialized Environmental Prosecutor’s Office.
