The Ethics Council has admitted 14 candidates for the position of the HCJ member nominated by the All-Ukrainian Conference of Prosecutors to the interview

The Ethics Council’s session was held on November 16, during which there was taken a decision on admission of fourteen candidates for the position of the member of the High Council of Justice nominated by the All-Ukrainian Conference of Prosecutors to the interview.

In particular: 1. Roman Volodymyrovych Oliinyk, head of Shepetivka District Prosecutor’s office of Khmelnytskyi region;

2. Hennadii Leonidovych Diakovskyi, prosecutor of Western District Prosecutor’s Office of Dnipro of Dnipropetrovsk region;

3. Nataliia Vasylivna Dulska, prosecutor of the department of the Office of the Prosecutor General;

4. Valentyn Rostyslavovych Shrol, judge of Kyiv Court of Appeal;

5. Ruslan Oleksandrovych Romanov, prosecutor of the department of the Office of the Prosecutor General, deputy head of the Council of Prosecutors of Ukraine;

6. Kazbek Elkanovych Tedeiiev, ex-prosecutor of the prosecutor’s office of Kyiv region, legal counselor of LLC “ABC Technology”;

7. Andrii Serhiiovych Radionov, prosecutor of the department of the Office of the Prosecutor General;

8. Serhii Mykolaiovych Samoludchenko, head of the department of the Office of the Prosecutor General;

9. Valentyn Leonidovych Briantsev, prosecutor of Kyiv City Prosecutor’s Office;

10. Oleksii Petrovych Melnyk, head of the Specialized Environmental Prosecutor’s Office of the Office of the Prosecutor General;

11. Yaroslav Volodymyrovych Doroshenko, head of the department of the Office of the Prosecutor General;

12. Oleksandr Viacheslavovych Bilous, first deputy of the prosecutor of Mykolaiv region;

13. Ilias Enverovych Ramazanov, head of the department of the Office of the Prosecutor General;

14. Oleh Volodymyrovych Kandziuba, deputy head of the department of the Office of the Prosecutor General.

We would like to remind that the issue on admission or denial in admission of candidates for the position of the member of the High Council of Justice is decided by the Ethics Council pursuant to provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On the High Council of Justice” and the Ethics Council’s Rules of Procedure.
