The Ethics Council adopted a decision on the compliance of candidates for the position of a member of the HCJ nominated by the Congress of Judges with the criterion of professional ethics and integrity

The Ethics Council adopted a decision on the compliance of the criteria of professional ethics and integrity of the candidates for the position of a member of the HCJ nominated by the Congress of Judges of Ukraine. 

Sixteen candidates for the position of a member of the High Council of Justice nominated by the Congress of Judges of Ukraine were recognized as meeting the criterion of professional ethics and integrity. These candidates are recommended by the Ethics Council for election by the Congress of Judges of Ukraine to the position of a member of the HCJ:

  1. Dmytro Anatoliiovych Hudyma, judge of Cassation Civil Court within the Supreme Court
  2. Vladyslav Hennadiiovych Kostenko, judge of Kovpakivskyi District Court of Sumy
  3. Svitlana Samuyilivna Kruhova, judge of Kharkiv Court of Appeal
  4. Ihor Vitaliiovych Kushnir, retired judge of the Supreme Court
  5. Oleh Pavlovych Mohylnyi, retired judge of Cassation Criminal Court within the Supreme Court
  6. Alla Viktorivna Kotelevets, judge of Kharkiv Court of Appeal
  7. Mykola Mykhailovych Himon, judge of Cassation Administrative Court within the Supreme Court
  8. Tetiana Znamenivna Bondarenko, judge of Mykolaiv Court of Appeal
  9. Liubomyr Viktorovych Vynar, judge of Olevskyi District Court of Zhytomyr region
  10. Olha Volodymyrivna Popikova, judge of Northern Commercial Court of Appeal
  11. Olena Vasylivna Kovbii, judge of Kherson District Administrative Court
  12. Hryhorii Ivanovych Usyk, judge of Cassation Civil Court within the Supreme Court
  13. Andrii Volodymyrovych Zhuk, judge of Cassation Administrative Court within the Supreme Court
  14. Yuliia Valeriyivna Bokova, judge of Commercial Court of Donetsk region
  15. Serhii Yuriiovych Burlakov, judge of Cassation Civil Court within the Supreme Court
  16. Oleksandr Mykhailovych Sasevych, judge of Lviv District Administrative Court.

The Ethics Council also made a decision regarding candidates who do not comply with the criterion of professional ethics and integrity for filling in the position of a member of the HCJ. They are:

  1. Liubov Iozefivna Hrushkovska, judge of Zhmerynka City District Court of Vinnytsia region
  2. Inna Olehivna Kaluhina, judge of the Appellate Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court
  3. Yurii Ilarionovych Matsiuk, retired judge of Slavuta City District Court of Khmelnytskyi region
  4. Ivan Ivanovych Kotubei, judge of Mukachevo City District Court of Zakarpattia region
  5. Liudmyla Mykolayivna Neroda, judge of Oleksandriia City District Court of Kirovohrad region
  6. Iryna Serhiyivna Shapovalova, judge of Pavlohrad City District Court of Dnipropetrovsk region
  7. Nataliia Mykolayivna Kovalenko, judge of Commercial Court of Kirovohrad region
  8. Mykhailo Ivanovych Kobal, judge of the Sixth Administrative Court of Appeal
  9. Eduard Mykolaiovych Bondariev, judge of Commercial Court of Dnipropetrovsk region
  10. Stanislav Oleksandrovych Yurchenko, judge of Rzhyshchiv City Court of Kyiv region
  11. Hennadii Yevhenovych Bershov, judge of the Second Administrative Court of Appeal

  16. Viktoriia Vitaliyivna Koretska, judge of Kivertsi District Court of Volyn region
  17. Oleksandr Vasylovych Tkachenko, judge of Commercial Court of Mykolaiv region
  18. Vasyl Oleksandrovych Nepochatykh, judge of Chernihiv District Administrative Court
  19. Serhii Hryhorovych Stopnyk, judge of Commercial Court of Ternopil region
  20. Halyna Volodymyrivna Kanyhina, judge of the Supreme Court of Ukraine.

We also draw your attention to the fact that twenty-one candidates submitted an application for termination of participation in the competition. Four of them stopped participating in the competition before the interview.

Seventeen candidates submitted an application for termination of participation in the competition after the interview.
